JurisTrace works for the Nation.
For Nation staff and leadership.
The work supports people preparing decisions, coordinating responses, keeping track of commitments or carrying a project through a handoff.
The Nation sets the question, commissions the work and decides how to use the result. JurisTrace does not take over the Nation’s authority or replace its staff and advisers.
Other participants need the Nation’s authorization.
A project team, consultant, technical specialist or partner may participate when the Nation authorizes that role. Access to a document does not itself establish permission to commission work or use a result.
If you are approaching from another organization, identify the Nation the work would support and your authorized role. Do not send project records with the initial inquiry.
