Nation control

Your Nation sets the purpose.
The decisions remain yours.

You decide what enters the work.

The Nation authorizes the purpose, records, participants and intended users. Permission to access information is not assumed to include permission to use or share it for another purpose.

Judgment stays with the right people.

JurisTrace does not provide legal advice, technical certification, cultural authority or regulatory approval. Nation decisions and professional judgments remain with the people authorized to make them.

Findings stay within the evidence.

A deliverable identifies the reviewed records and material limits. An item not established by those records is not proof that an event never occurred or a requirement was not met. Other records or professional review may change the finding.

Ownership and use are agreed clearly.

The Nation retains its records and owns its commissioned project outputs. JurisTrace retains its pre-existing intellectual property. The written agreement distinguishes these and sets the permitted use and sharing of the deliverable.

Handling terms come before files.

Before records are transferred, the agreement sets the authorized transfer route, access, handling, retention and return or deletion terms. The public inquiry form is for general contact only.
