We assess whether a funding opportunity fits the intended work, including eligibility, required contributions, payment timing and the capacity to deliver. We recommend whether to proceed, adjust the approach or stop.

If proceeding, we prepare the application, workplan and supported budget. Our responsibility can continue after an award through implementation, assessment of progress against the approved workplan and reporting.

Through Forums by JurisTrace, we bring people together to work through shared issues. We prepare and lead discussions, record agreements and differences, and manage agreed next steps. Each participant keeps their own authority.

Our practical training helps people apply the work in their roles. We prepare materials, lead exercises and support use on the job. Training is available on its own or as part of a program.
