How it works

We bring the expertise and management capacity to take work from assessment through action and review.

Agree the work

We start with your priorities and what needs to be achieved or protected. We review existing work, identify where our contribution fits and agree responsibilities with your team.

Our proposal sets out the scope, fees, timing and completion. We also agree how records will be accessed, protected and retained.

Develop the position and carry the work

We assess requirements and evidence, prepare supported recommendations and give staff and advisers clear briefs and usable material. We coordinate existing requests, manage authorized correspondence and assess the replies.

You receive recommendations with reasons, choices and unresolved questions made clear. Your Lead sets direction; you retain authority over positions and commitments. Counsel and specialists retain their professional judgments.

Put decisions into practice

We manage authorized action, assess results and update recommendations as evidence changes. For a new program, we prepare people, test the working arrangements and address gaps before recommending handover.

Your team receives a current record of findings, decisions and outstanding work, with clear responsibilities for what follows. Continuing management and updates are agreed separately.
