General inquiries
The public form collects your name, email address, optional subject and message so JurisTrace can assess and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit project records or sensitive matter information.
Inquiries are delivered by email. Email copies and service-provider backups may remain as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records or applicable obligations.
Website operation
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, referring page, timestamps, cookies and security events to operate and protect the site.
Project records are separate
Any engagement has its own agreed purpose, authorized users, transfer and access arrangements, use terms, retention and return or deletion requirements. Any proposed AI-assisted tools or outside providers are addressed in those arrangements before records are supplied.
